Some Tips to adjust to your new pillow!Updated 2 years ago

Often it’s just a small tweak that is needed and you will find you are falling in love ❤️. We can't count how many people 'gave up' within a few nights but then when reading our suggestions and taking their time to adjust, they now say they CANNOT sleep without it. Please take your time and try not to over think it ... our instructions are guidelines and even when you don't follow them to the 'T' you can rest assured that our pillow's foam is very forgiving and supportive. And, our return policy is here for you!

✔︎ What kind of pillow have you had in the past? If you are use to a high loft pillow or even stacking pillows you will have to be prepared and motivated to train yourself to adjust to the proper ergonomic support of the enVy™ Pillow. As 2 nurses, we developed this pillow with spinal health as our top priority… anti-aging was our other top priority. Spinal specialist will advise that your sleep posture (when lying on your back) should mimic your best standing posture which means if your draw an imaginary line from your forehead, chin and chest it should be almost parallel to your mattress. We offer the 90 Night promise so you can take your time adjusting to this proper spinal alignment. **If you are accustomed to higher loft pillows (or the dreaded stacked pillows) simply use the 1" latex lift that comes with the enVy™ Pillow by placing it at the bottom of your pillow under the zippered pillowcase.

✔︎ Which neck support are you using on the enVy® Pillow?... Our pillow is designed with two optional neck supports with different feels and density. Simply spin the pillow to make feel the one that is right for your neck. You may find you switch back and forth depending on the day and what your spine has had to deal with :)...

✔︎ Do you use a pillow under your knees when back sleeping, and between your knees when you are side sleeping?... This is very important in creating the ideal sleep position while using the enVy™ pillow. Please note we do not suggest you use our pillow for stomach sleeping BUT if you are trying to correct this habit, simply push the enVy pillow to the side when you are turning to your stomach and sleep directly on your mattress to minimize neck distortion. *If you share your bed, this may result in you losing your pillow permanently :)Do you use a pillow under your knees when back sleeping, and between your knees when you are side sleeping?…. This is so very important in creating the ideal sleep position while using our pillow. Please note we do not suggest you use our pillow for stomach sleeping BUT if you are trying to correct this habit, simply push the enVy pillow to the side when you are turning to your stomach. *If you share your bed, this may result in you losing your pillow permanently 🙂

✔︎ Avoid having the pillow press against your headboard as this also may effect how it feels under your head and neck. And do make sure that the pillow has its liner and pillowcase on at all times. DO NOT sleep on the satin drawstring travel bag... this is only for protecting your pillow when traveling.

✔︎ There are some great graphics and videos on our website page “How it Works”:These videos will definitely help with visualizing how to use the pillow. BUT please do not overthink "how to use the pillow" as the material and design naturally OFF-LOADS pressure from your face and jaw. Please check out the page!

✔︎ We offer our 90 day promise because we don’t want people to feel rushed in test driving their enVy® Pillow. If you have not tried it for at least a month… perhaps you should use more time?

✔︎ During your adjustment period, you may need to slowly adjust to the ergonomic support of the enVy pillow. We suggest using it for short periods at a time (perhaps with a thin pillow or folded sheet as suggested above). Your neck and spine might not be use to being in proper alignment and needs to wean into it slowly. Feel free to use for increasing amounts of time over night until you find you, as many others do, that they only want the enVy Pillow in your bed')
