How to care for my new enVy® pillow, pillowcases and other products.Updated a year ago

Do NOT wash the latex of the pillow.

Do NOT put a heating pad directly on your enVy pillow.

Avoid going to bed with wet hair as this will degrade the product prematurely.

Do NOT fold the pillow as it may split.

Avoid removing the pillow's protective liner. Using the pillow without its custom fitted pillowcase and liner will expose the foam to increase wear and tear..

DO NOT use the enVy Pillow as your weapon of choice during pillow fights.

Our pillowcases, eye masks, and pillow protectors all come with washing instructions on the inside label which recommends handwashing with cool/warm water and hang to dry. Machine washing must be done using a cool gentle cycle with the pillowcase zipped up and placed in a lingerie bag. Tumble dry low in the lingerie bag.

We recommend washing our face masks and sleep masks the same way... preferably hand washing in warm water and lay flat to dry. Be careful not to fold the face masks as the nose wire may break. If machine washing the sleep masks please use a lingerie bag and wash in a gentle cycle with gentle liquid detergent and tumble dry low in the lingerie bag if you are not laying flat to dry.
